Client story
Flooring business with a high close rate that can’t afford the amount of leads it needs to profit.
Flooring company came in struggling to get sufficient leads in. They felt that their leads were too expensive to get so they could never get enough customers to profit enough. Meaning they got stuck in a cycle of barely breaking even or losing money. There was no momentum in their business. They were on a constant cycle of just hoping they got in a big enough job to fix all their issues.
We analyzed their pricing and profitability and discovered that their issue was not their marketing but was actually their CAC (Cost to Acquire a Customer) to Gross Profits ratio. This meant that they were unable to profit as much as other companies could on the same customers. Therefore, other companies could outbid them to get more leads.
We restructured his pricing to ensure they profited enough. We want each customer to bring in enough profits to pay for at least the next 3. This way every customer is directly helping to grow the business rather than just getting by and keeping crews busy that month.
The changes were successful and getting in enough leads and customers was no longer an issue and the business finally started to grow.
Here is what they had to say:
“Marcos was very helpful and help me point my business in the right direction. I definitely recommend Marcos and his team to work with businesses in the trades.”
